Chef Paul T. Berthold has over 35 years of culinary expertise with a
diverse background of fine dining restaurants, country and city clubs, and
Disney theme parks/resorts. In the last 20 years he was employed by local
catering companies that specialized in gourmet on site catered events and
another that centered on corporate tents and VIP boxes at large sporting
events such as the Arnold Palmer Invitational, Citrus Bowl and UCF
Football. He also provided service as a personal chef.
Whether you are hosting an intimate dinner for as few as 4 people or a
holiday corporate event up to 100 people we will provide a memorable
